NORDIC WALKING TRAINING COURSES for 2017

Crosby course;
Sat 18th & Sun 19th March
11am – 1pm at
Crosby Leisure Centre

Southport course;
Tue 28th & Wed 29th Mar
1 – 3pm at
Dunes Splash World

The courses are free with qualified instructor and poles provided. You will need to do the course in order to take part in the advertised Nordic walks with our U3A and Active Sefton.
