pot 2 We are booking another, very popular pottery visit. This time closer to home. Moorgate, Ormskirk. Easy to travel to via train from Maghull. Quite a bit bigger than previous venues, twenty five places available. £5 pp basic studio fee, then cost of pottery depending on size etc.

November’s Supper Club
For those who have booked the November Supper Club is this Thursday, 13th November at Browns in Liverpool booked for 6pm.
Ramblers in West Kirkby
Thirteen ramblers arrived at West Kirby station on a very mild November day and proceeded to walk along the Wirral way. Trees in their Autumnal colours, with lots of leaves falling, passing some very nice properties overlooking the Dee estuary and the North Wales coast, we arrived at the Thurstaston visitor centre for a coffee break.
Melrose Trip 10th – 14th November

Flicks and Friends 11.11.25
Join us at the Plaza Cinema for November’s Flicks and Friends outing. The film is Good Fortune starring Keanu Reeves, Sandra oh and Seth Rogers. The film is the story of an inept angel named Gabriel who meddles in the life of struggling gig worker and a venture capitalist. Click on the poster for more information.
Doors open at 12:15 with the film starting at 13:00. Donations are gratefully accepted by Age Concern at the venue.
Pickleball is coming to Maghull!!!
Why not give Pickle ball a try! It’s a fun game, a cross between table tennis, badminton and tennis. All equipment is provided and it’s easy to learn. No experience needed.
Where? The United Reform Church Hall (opposite Lidl on Northway), carpark entrance is off Larchwood Avenue. (between a lamppost and a telegraph post!)
