The Supper Club for April is on Tuesday 28th April at The Fat Italian in Ormskirk at 6.30. For those of you who have put your names on the list the price and menus are now available.
The price is £17 for 2 courses, that is Starter and Main course and the menu will be available at the Coffee Morning on Tuesday. You can also view the Menu online – The Fat Italian Ormskirk Pice Fix Menu.
We will need payment and Menu choices on Tuesday
For those who have put your name down for the The Fat Italian in April we have been advised that the restaurant changes their menu each month so currently we do not have either their Menu for April or the cost. We will receive this early April but as there is no coffee morning on 7th you will need to call on Tuesday 14th April and choose your menu and pay.

April Supper Club will be held at The Fat Italian in Ormskirk on Tuesday 28th April at 6.30. Menu and price yet to be confirmed so please indicate your interest at the Tuesday Coffee Morning. Menus and price to follow shortly.
Due to the high demand for places can you please consider choosing one of the options and perhaps be on the reserve list for the other as numbers are limited.
Due to unforeseen circumstances we are having to change the date of our next Supper Club at Peacocks Chinese Restaurant in Ormskirk. Please note the new date is Thursday 26th February at 6pm. If you have booked on this Supper Club please let us know if the new date is convenient. The price remains the same. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
Supper Club for January is at the Cricketers in Ormskirk 6pm on Thursday 22nd January. Last day for payment and choosing your menu is the Coffee Morning this Tuesday 13th. Those with their names down please come in and pay if you haven’t already and choose your menu. The menu choices need to be sent in to the Restaurant after this. We do have people on the reserve list so please let us know if you are unable to go on the 22nd January.
Some of our Theatre trips will have to be finalised at the Coffee Morning on Tuesday. If you have booked for : Open all Hours at Southport Theatre on Saturday 24th January, Pricilla Queen of the Desert at the Empire on 14th March or Miss Saigon at the Empire on 30th April, can you please call in and pay for your tickets if you haven’t already.
Due to the change in the date of our next Coffee Morning, we have had to cancel the Supper Club on 15th January 2026 as there is not enough time to take payment and confirm menu choices to the Restaurant. We have rearranged it for Thursday 22nd January at 6pm at The Cricketers in Ormskirk.
We will be booking for this on Tuesday 13th January at the Coffee Morning. If you have your name on the list you will need to come in that day to pay (if you haven’t already) and choose your menu. Also if you have booked for 15th January and cannot make the new date please let us know or come into the Coffee Morning and your payment will be reimbursed .
15th January 2026
Our Supper Club for January will be at The Cricketers, Chapel Street, Ormskirk, at 6pm. A 2 course meal will be £25, 3 course £31. Menus available at U3A coffee Morning on Tuesday 2nd December where you will need to choose your menu and pay in full.
19th February
We will be visiting the very popular The Peacok Chinese restaurant in Ormskirk at 6pm. The menu will be either the Special Banquet at £25.50 each or the Vegetarian Banquet at £23.50 each. Menus available at U3A coffee morning and payment needed to secure the place.
Both restaurants are accessible by train or bus and usual individual drinks arrangements apply
Due to anticipated numbers we are asking again if you will choose one of the dates and be on reserve for the other if interested. We will do our best to accommodate everyone interested.
For those who have booked the November Supper Club is this Thursday, 13th November at Browns in Liverpool booked for 6pm.
There are a couple of places available for the October Supper Club. Thursday 16th October 6.00pm at the Hanover Street Social in Liverpool. Menu and price available at the Coffee Morning on Tuesday.
