Many members visited the Wine Tasting desk this morning and paid the required fee (£12 for the tasting and , if required , £10 for the return taxi transfer).
Several members indicated their attendance when present at the Christmas lunch who have still to pay , can these members if still wanting a place please forward a cheque to George or visit the Wine Tasting desk and pay the relevant amount

Members are to arrive at the entrance to the beacon for 11.45am with a view to taking the lift from at approx. 12 noon
We will then leave the beacon at approx. 12.45pm to move to Dr Duncans for 1.00pm

A reserve list is now in operation
I have 2 trips on AFF , St Johns Beacon and Christmas Lunch
There has been some confusion re. “members booking trips” and some members may unfortunately miss out on either of the above
Can all members who have their names on either of the above “trip lists” , please arrange to pay by Tuesday 22nd October , I have a reserve list (with members eager to pay) for both events and consideration will be given to members on that list if payments are not received by “post” , “delivery” or “at the AFF desk” on Tuesday 22nd October
In future members may book a place on the trip by text or email , a separate list will be kept and only when a member has paid the full amount for the trip will their name be transferred to the trip list and a place secured, alternatively , members may “book a place and pay” at AFF desk
No names will go on a trip sheet without payment
