Cribbage News

The Cribbage group meets every Thursday at Kensington House on Station Rd, Maghull between 10.00am and 12.00 noon.
Whether you are an experienced player or an absolute beginner, there is a place for you.
If you have never played but would like to learn, I am happy to spend a whole session coaching you in the basics of the game.
Why not give it a try during the summer break.
I look forward to welcoming you.

Arley Hall Gardens and Knutsford

We have arranged a trip to Arley Hall Gardens and Knutsford for Wednesday, 23rd July 2025. We will first visit Knutsford,  a Market Town in Cheshire, for a look around the town and maybe have a morning tea/coffee. Later we will  visit Arley Hall Gardens. The gardens are amongst the finest in Europe and  have been created over the last 270 years by successive generations of the same family. As a result the garden is rich in atmosphere, interest and vitality. They also have a plant nursery and Kitchen Gardener”s Cafe with produce grown in the garden, and  they serve tea/coffee, lunches etc.  There is also a gift shop. This should be an interesting and enjoyable day out.  Cost £21.
