30 members of the line dancing group met at St. Andrews parish hall this afternoon for their Christmas party. Great music was accompanied by some skillfull moves on the dance floor before settling down for a tasty hotpot supper and sweet.

A change of time for the ‘line dancing’ group.

From Wednesday September 7th we will run from 10-12

at the usual venue, Maghull parish hall.

On Saturday 14t May we did a line dancing display at Littledale Festival, Towerhill, Kirkby. This was the eleventh year of this popular festival and during the afternoon our ‘line dancers’ did the u3a proud with a set of 3 dances culminating in an easy dance lesson, as the audience joined in, which was great fun.
We ended to rapturous applause and thanks from the audience and performers.

Line dancing resumed at Maghull Parish Hall on Wednesday 9th June.  The sessions were well attended but Covid restrictions currently mean limited access.

Members wishing to join the group should contact Hilary to join a waiting list.

Line dancing is cancelled  this Wednesday due to unforeseen circumstances.  An update whether the session the following week will take place will be posted next week

Please not that the Wednesday 29th session WILL take place at the usual venue and that ‘normal service’ will now resume.
