NORDIC WALKING
NEW WALKING GROUP LEADER
Congratulations to John McKenzie, our latest Walking Group Leader. John recently attended a training course, provided by Sefton Active Walks, on Tuesday, 24th March 2015, when he qualified as a Walking Group Leader. This means we now have three trained leaders who can lead our Monday walks. John will be leading his first walk this Monday.
5k BUNNY RUN
On Sunday, 29th March 2015, together with Brenda McKenzie, we completed the 
Woodlands Hospice Sponsored 5k Bunny Run, through the beautiful grounds of Croxteth Hall Country Park, in aid of Woodlands Hospice. Continue reading

JUNE TRIP TO LIVERPOOL CONTEMPORARY ARTS FAIR.
WE HAVE A LIMITED NUMBER OF FREE ENTRY TICKETS TO THIS EVENT AT THE ROYAL LIVER BUILDGINGS JUNE 27th / 28TH 2015 11 AM until 5PM .
There will be a varied display of art / craft work on show, many from local artists.
We have tickets for Saturday 27th & Sunday 28th June.
