Nordic Walking

The U3A holds 2 Nordic Walking sessions weekly in conjunction with Active Sefton. These are held on Monday and Tuesday mornings. Nordic walking is a great way to lose weight and stay healthy, as it strengthens your upper body, and reduces stress on your joints. Walking poles are provided, but before joining a walk members must complete a short training course provided by Active Sefton. email walking @sefton.gov.uk to find out when the next training sessions will be held.
