Angus Tilston MBE, LIverpool author, film maker and local historian who was  awarded the MBE for services to the Historical Film Industry in the North West was the  distinguished speaker at our meeting earlier this month when he entertained us with a fascinating  talk on aspects of Merseyside during the 20th Century.
